Google Targets German Link Networks Again

Google has penalized German link networks and and has sent out mass manual action notifications because of unnatural link profiles.

Yesterday Google’s Johannes Mehlem announced that the webspam team took manual action on German link networks. Google has sent out mass link penalty notifications to European webmasters, especially German ones in Google Webmaster Tools.

It seems like the entire SEO and Online Marketing industry tried to figure out the affected link networks in the last few hours because Google won’t tell them. The conclusion of this research process, led by Sistrix in particular, is that pretty sure and are the targeted networks, as they lost almost all of their rankings in search. lost rankings because of manual link penalty
